Senior Product Manager – Solwer Project

Solwer is a SaaS product designed to solve challenges in logistics, aftermarket operations, and quality management within the manufacturing and mobility sectors. The product has already been launched, and the current focus is on scaling and growth through close collaboration with the business development team and continuous market feedback.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the business development team to gather market needs and customer requirements, and reflect them in product development

• Engage directly with customers and conduct competitive analysis to drive product improvements and differentiation strategies

• Design, monitor, and optimize product KPIs

• Execute scalable growth strategies for the SaaS product

• Manage two Product Managers (Mobility Aftermarket and Manufacturing domains)

• Work closely with the engineering team to drive development and support technical decision-making

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in scaling SaaS products as a Product Manager

• Experience in B2B SaaS product development

• Understanding and hands-on experience with agile development methodologies

• Domain expertise in manufacturing or mobility industries

• Minimum 5 years of product management experience

• Experience leading product or development teams

Preferred Experience

• Experience working with global teams

• Experience launching products in international markets

• Experience developing products using AI, IoT, or data-driven technologies
